The Program
In 2024 the Buffalo Equestrian Center will offer FOUR sessions, three weeks of camp for ages 7 - 12 and one week for ages 5 & 6. Each session runs Tuesday through Friday. Each session features activities for riders at the beginner and intermediate levels. Students may progress to a more advanced skill level as skills are mastered.

2024 Camp Dates:
Week 1: July 9th-12th (Ages 6-12)
Week 2: July 16th-19th (Ages 6-12)
Week 3: July 23rd-26th (Ages 6-12)
Fun Day - July 27th
(5-year-old Introduction Day, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
CAMP FUN DAY
In addition to group riding instruction, the program will also feature instruction on grooming and general horse care. Campers will learn about daily barn management and maintenance at a hunter/jumper barn and learn how to set courses. Children must be between five and twelve years of age and each session is limited to twenty children.
A Separate Fun Day will be held on Saturday, August 12th from 1 - 3 pm. The riding portion of the show is open to all registered campers. There will be a $25 charge per child. Parents, siblings and friends are invited to watch our campers for Fun Day.

Registration
Campers may register by mail using the BEC Summer Camp brochure or by printing out the PDF registration form posted below. All registrations must be accompanied by a $150 non-refundable deposit or the application will not be accepted. The deposit will be deducted from the balance due before the first week of camp. Once your registration is processed, a confirmation letter will be sent. The required release and medical forms will be included for all non-members. Please return all forms one week before the requested session.

After we receive the camper registration, prospective campers who are not already registered as members of BEC, will be sent a rider application and release form. The release form will need to be notarized prior to camp.
